These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Zippy Gizmos (the "Site"), operated by Dimension's Edge ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Service

Zippy Gizmos is a free collection of browser-based productivity and utility tools ("gizmos"), including tools that convert, generate, or otherwise process files you choose to work with (for example, image conversion, GIF creation, PDF merging/splitting, and favicon generation).

Unless a gizmo explicitly states otherwise, these tools run entirely in your own web browser. Files you select are processed on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. Your Files and Content

You are solely responsible for the files, images, text, and other content ("Your Content") you provide to a gizmo, and for anything a gizmo produces from it. You represent that you have the right to use and process Your Content, and that Your Content does not violate any law or infringe any third party's rights.

Because gizmo processing happens in your browser, we do not review, scan, moderate, or have any visibility into Your Content. We are not able to verify that any file you provide to, or receive from, a gizmo is safe, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any gizmo to create, convert, combine, or distribute files that are unlawful, infringing, or that contain viruses, malware, or other malicious or harmful code. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in a manner not permitted by these Terms.

4. No Warranty

The Site and every gizmo are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site or any gizmo will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components — whether originating from the Site itself, from files you supply, or from files a gizmo produces.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimension's Edge, its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, files, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any gizmo.

This includes, without limitation, any damage to your device or software, or any loss or corruption of files or data, resulting from viruses, malware, or other harmful code contained in files you provide to a gizmo, produced by a gizmo, or downloaded from the Site — regardless of whether we knew or should have known of the possibility of such damage.

You are solely responsible for scanning and verifying any file before and after you process it with a gizmo, and before sharing, opening, or distributing any file a gizmo produces.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dimension's Edge and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services and Ads

The Site displays ads and uses analytics services provided by Google and other third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service linked from or displayed on the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, and branding are owned by Dimension's Edge unless otherwise noted (some gizmos use open-source third-party libraries under their own licenses). You retain all rights to Your Content; we claim no ownership over files you process using a gizmo.

9. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any gizmo at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Dimension's Edge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
